The Current Roof |
The mylar sheet and the paint cut WAY down on the heat. |
The computer table. |
The case stores unused eyepieces and filters. The power pack is from Harbor Freight. |
My modified observing chair and the folding stool. |
I'm playing with the chair, trying to make it more comfortable. The stool is nice for low altitude. |

Indoor/outdoor carpet makes it more comfortable. |
The bare concrete was much too cold for bare feet. Notice there are no shadows on the floor now? |
My storage options |
The rolling cabinet stores hardware and cables. The tool chest stores eyepieces and diagonals. |
The interior is dusty and catches lawn cuttings through the cracks.
It is worse when the back is opened during hot days but is more tolerable since the side skirts were added. The tractor seat
on the observing chair came from a riding mower I parted out and is more comfortable than the bare board, to say the least.
I have to use a vacuum cleaner once a month. I have carpet remnants that cover the cords and cables but they were pulled out
for cleaning last weekend. The shed is a work in progress and will be for years to come.
